At Real Time Leasing, our main priority is the health and safety of our community. We want to
personally assure you that we are monitoring the outbreak of COVID-19 closely. We will be sure to continue
paying close attention to the city, county, state, and national guidance. We will stay up to date with information
provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), Center for Disease Control (CDC) and other reliable platforms
sharing expert recommendations.
Real Time Leasing has prepared a plan outlining procedures for our staff, tenants, clients, prospective tenants,
and anyone else associated with our management services.
For everyone’s safety, we are closing our office doors to the public.
Here’s some helpful information concerning the changed in effect:
Viewing our rentals
We use self-showing lockboxes so our closure will not prevent you from seeing one of our available rental properties listed on our website under the Rentals Tab.
If you are a tenant needing to submit a work order, those can all be done online through our website in the upper right under Submit Maintenance.
We are still working
Our representatives will still be checking emails and answering phone calls. Our doors will be closed to the public, however until further notice. Our entire team is set up to work remotely and has access to their direct lines.
Need to drop something off?
Our drop box will be checked daily. If you are dropping something off, please put it in the mail slot on our front door.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and pray for everyone’s safety during the COVID-19 scare.
