• Our History

  Real-Time Leasing was founded in 2001. We are a licensed real estate brokerage specializing in property management in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. Our clients range from homeowners to investor groups, and we manage everything from individual units and single-family homes up to small apartment buildings. The multi-faceted property management services we provide allow us to give more individualized attention to both our property owners and tenants.

  Real-Time Leasing is proud to be associated with organizations like the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), the Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and the Saint Paul Area Association of Realtors (SPAAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
