March 30, 2020 - Minnesota’s Executive Order 20-20

Deb Newell - Monday, March 30, 2020

As you are aware, Minnesota is currently under a “Shelter-in-Place” Executive Order.  For many of us, this requires that we remain in our homes and are practicing our Social Distancing.  And as announced by President Trump on Sunday, March 29th, Social Distancing is now in effect until the end of April.  To remain compliant, our physical office will remain closed until further notice, but our team is still working.

Real-Time Leasing is still considered an “essential” business during this Order, and we are available and here to help you in any way we can.  We are still operating business as usual and processing rents, move ins/move outs and whatever else what we can.  All maintenance requests will be carefully considered prior to dispatching our team to make sure that the needed service request is essential to habitability.  If not, it will be scheduled when things return back to a more ‘normal state’ and the curve is flattened more.

As a reminder, Real-Time Leasing has put together a list of resources that may help you with both food and childcare should that be needed, please refer to our blog post this past week on Resources to help.

We are in this together and stand united with everyone during this time.  To our Tenants and Owners who are first responders, Thank You for all you are doing, without you this would be even harder.
