Masks, Now Required in Property Management and Everywhere.

Deb Newell - Thursday, July 23, 2020

Effective July 24th at 11:59 pm, all Minnesotans are required to wear a face covering in indoor businesses and indoor public settings as per Executive Order 20-81 issued by Governor Walz.

IMPORTANT: The Executive Order requires face coverings to be worn by all individuals in all areas of multi-family dwellings, except for inside individual living units and for those situations which are otherwise exempt, such as when exercising at a fitness center or while swimming.  Workers must also wear face coverings outdoors when it is not possible to maintain social distancing.

What does this mean for property management in Minnesota?  All who visit a listing For Rent must wear a mask.  Anyone who visits our office with an appointment, must wear a mask.  Our team, while at the office, out in the field and in a unit, must wear a mask.
