One of the key factors to enjoying your Minneapolis/St. Paul rental home is whom you rent from. We know that providing excellent customer service to our tenants makes for a great rental experience. Offering great tenant services means that our tenants are happy, and in turn, our property owners are happy. Our goal is to provide tenants with the resources and tools to ensure they understand how to be compliant with their lease terms, and, when it’s time to move, they understand the process for vacating.
As one of the fastest-growing Minneapolis property management companies, new rental properties become available all the time!
Homeowners and investors bring us more homes each month, so check back often! Our Minneapolis and St. Paul rental home listings are updated daily, so if you don’t see the perfect home today, it could be there tomorrow. We have an online application process to keep things fast and simple. Once you have attended a showing for the property you’d like to rent, locate that property on our website, and click the “apply online” icon within the property listing to complete the application. We are notified as soon as you finish the application and typically get you a preliminary decision within 48 hours. In some cases, the final application approval may be contingent upon hearing from previous/present landlords, employers, or other references.
We welcome all applicants and support the precepts of equal access and fair housing. Real-Time Leasing will not refuse access to any housing, accommodation, other interest in property, or otherwise discriminate against an applicant on the basis of age, sex, race, religion, marital or familial status, physical or mental handicap, color, creed, ethnicity, national origin, or sexual orientation.
"We are loving all of the space that we have in our new home, and finally getting close to having it all unpacked. You guys have also been a joy to work with thus far... Looking forward to continuing the relationship, and we will definitely be recommending your company to our friends as a need arises."
